Sick and tired is not just a cliche. If you have chronic stress or illness, it’s reality.
It is possible change that reality though. It requires commitment, determination, patience, and sometimes, shrugging off societal norms. Based on both personal experience and science, I know there is better health and improved energy available to most, if not all, enduring such an existence.
After two decades of exhaustion, brain fog, all-over muscle spasms, joint pain and bouts of depression, I now love life! I have a meaningful career, I travel, hike, ride dirt bikes, go out dancing with my friends, spend time with family and I even earned an MBA. I got here by sheer determination and stubbornness. The refusal to accept something as incurable finally got me to the point where life is no longer a chore. I have found the magic and beauty of life, because I have the energy, clearheaded mind and health to enjoy it.
In this blog, I will share the steps I took and the lessons learned in the hopes that what I share will help others rise from exhaustion.
